Dorothy and Jonathan were married in the fall of 2016. They held their celebration at the elegant Ritz Carlton Hotel in Toronto, which included a tea ceremony and games at the door.
The Ritz Carlton was a beautiful venue to photograph Dorothy and Jonathan’s marriage, winner of the 2016 Forbes Five-Star award and adorned with golden and crystal accents, the hotel was the perfect setting for their traditionally Chinese styled wedding. Photographing the newlyweds in the entrance area was an absolute must since it is where the glorious crystal chandelier is hung, famously symbolizing the Ritz Carlton.
Dorothy wore an incredibly stylish yet classic dress and completed her look with simple accessories. The bridal party was extremely fun, with the groomsmen being considerably wilder than the bridesmaids!
We finished off the photoshoot with a creative session at the back of the hotel where I had Dorothy and Jonathan climb the water fountain as if they were little kids meanwhile also capturing the CN Tower in the background.
